Well done to PJ who came out to Ballinastoe on Sunday last and had a great, if somewhat exhausting day being dragged around the trails. PJ who's more use to road cycling was just back from a family holiday in France where he had been in training and was up for the challenge.

Starting out from the lower car park we completed a full circuit of the trail, both outer loop (up to the top car park to get some snaps of the great view of the famous guniness lake) and then the inner loop to finish the entire circuit.

Well done Peej!

Yeah, am sitting here in the office looking out the window at the rain and wondering to myself, "Jees I wonder if that fecker wants to go out in that tomorrow, I wouldn't put a cat out i that"!

Might be heading North this weekend to do a few trails in Antrim with Daragh, he goes up there for work a few times a weeks and says he's found some good ones.
